Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across Paid Social, SEM, and Display.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k, optimizing for CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to uncover performance trends and implement iterative testing frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists to ensure operational excellence and high-quality creative output.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align acquisition efforts with overall company revenue goals.
- Stay at the forefront of MarTech innovation, proactively testing new platforms and ad-tech solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling digital budgets.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for cultivating high-performing marketing teams.
