Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Manage large-scale monthly advertising budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to refine ad copy, landing page conversion rates, and user acquisition funnels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to produce high-performing visual and written content.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through automated reporting dashboards.
- Identify and pilot emerging marketing technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-growth tech startup environment.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and tag management systems (GTM).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into coherent growth strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of handling multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related quantitative field.
