Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Manage a substantial monthly ad budget with a relentless focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages and ad creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing messaging with key feature releases.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and report progress to executive leadership.
- Oversee email marketing automation workflows to nurture leads throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing technology and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns and deliver consistent, measurable results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
