Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Content).
- Manage and optimize high-budget advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages.
- Analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and marketing collateral.
- Manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads throughout the buyer journey.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Proven expertise in managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $50k with a focus on ROI.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical marketing requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid environment and manage cross-functional teams.
