Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion rates across digital touchpoints
- Manage $2M+ annual paid media budget with focus on ROAS and CPA targets
- Present data-driven insights to C-suite stakeholders through executive dashboards
- Mentor junior marketing specialists and conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo/HubSpot)
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS client acquisition through digital channels
- Advanced knowledge of SEO technical audits and content strategy frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing remote marketing teams and cross-functional projects
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
