Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to optimize ROI
- Lead a team of 3 specialists, setting KPIs and fostering professional growth
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with rigorous cost-benefit analysis
- Drive lead generation initiatives achieving 40% year-over-year growth
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product launches
- Stay ahead of industry trends through competitive research and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven track record scaling B2C brands to $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM systems
- Certified in Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI
- Experience managing remote teams and hybrid work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
