Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across Paid Search, Social, and Display.
- Manage large-scale media budgets, ensuring optimal ROAS and CAC across all acquisition channels.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion funnels to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze performance data using GA4 and SQL to translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative and development teams to produce high-performing marketing assets.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and manage reporting cadences for key executive stakeholders.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing technology, privacy regulations, and emerging platform trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling digital budgets.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills with mastery of Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user behavior analysis.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, agile agency environment.
- Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce/HubSpot) and email marketing automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
