Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
- Lead performance marketing initiatives with a focus on ROAS/CPA optimization and conversion rate enhancement
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms to derive actionable insights
- Manage $1M+ annual digital ad budgets across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
- Oversee content creation and distribution strategy including blog posts, whitepapers, video content, and case studies
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer journey mapping
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages, email sequences, and ad creative to maximize conversion rates
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Proven expertise managing cross-channel campaigns with demonstrable ROI improvements (portfolio required)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in funnel optimization and attribution modeling
- Experience managing digital budgets over $500K with emphasis on performance metrics and cost efficiency
- Expert knowledge of SEO best practices, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization techniques
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing external agency relationships
- Google Ads/Meta Blueprint certifications highly preferred
