GrowthScale Dynamics is seeking a data-driven, creative, and highly strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced San Francisco headquarters. You will be the architect of our digital presence, responsible for scaling high-impact acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, and content channels. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for multi-channel digital acquisition campaigns.
- Manage a significant monthly performance marketing budget with a focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to drive A/B testing initiatives for landing page conversion improvements.
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights, reporting directly to the CMO on key performance metrics.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategy to improve organic search visibility and capture high-intent traffic.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-led decision-making.
- Manage relationships with key advertising partners and agency stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth B2B or B2C digital marketing roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker, or Tableau.
- Proven track record of managing annual advertising budgets exceeding $1M.
- Exceptional copywriting and creative visual assessment skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth-hacking mindset.
