Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital acquisition strategies across paid social, SEM, and display networks.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to optimize conversion rates.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the creative team to A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets for continuous improvement.
- Oversee SEO strategy and collaborate with content teams to improve organic search visibility and domain authority.
- Lead email marketing automation efforts to nurture leads and increase customer lifetime value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
- Proven track record of managing substantial monthly advertising budgets and hitting aggressive growth targets.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and landing page testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
