Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Manage monthly performance marketing budgets exceeding $100k+ with a focus on ROAS.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting assets for campaigns.
- Analyze weekly KPIs and deliver actionable performance reports to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external agency partners and ad platforms.
- Oversee SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic search visibility and domain authority.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in high-growth B2B or D2C environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong background in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Klaviyo).
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel budgets with a focus on performance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
