Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing budgets across Paid Social, SEM, and Programmatic display.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion funnels and user acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain a cohesive brand voice across all touchpoints.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and performance reports to executive stakeholders.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-backed experimentation.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to boost organic search rankings and long-term visibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-growth tech or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong technical understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), GTM, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Proven track record of managing significant monthly advertising budgets with a positive ROAS.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing attribution models.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
