Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage large-scale media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve quarterly KPIs.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and ad creative to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay at the forefront of marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-backed experimentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of managing monthly media spend exceeding $50k.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills with an eye for design.
- Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
