Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content channels
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and optimize conversion funnels using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Manage PPC campaigns with $500K+ annual budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social platforms
- Oversee content creation calendar, ensuring brand consistency and SEO alignment across all digital assets
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and present actionable insights to CMO and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance user journeys and conversion rate optimization
- Mentor junior marketing specialists and conduct quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven expertise in scaling multi-channel campaigns with demonstrable ROI growth
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or SEM preferred
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing successful campaign results and KPI improvements
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partnerships
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
