Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content) aligned with client objectives and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Manage significant digital advertising budgets, optimizing spend for maximum ROI and CPA efficiency across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Oversee all aspects of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and provide actionable insights and reports to clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to ensure InnovateSphere Digital remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, development, and account management teams to deliver integrated and seamless client solutions.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance reports to clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing large-scale digital campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email).
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and leading SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR).
