Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social, and display.
- Manage large-scale performance budgets to maximize ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Collaborate with content and product teams to optimize landing pages and funnel conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM integrations.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to refine ad creative, messaging, and audience segmentation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Manage relationships with external ad partners and third-party media vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with an expert-level understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Experience in managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $500k.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of presenting performance insights to stakeholders.
