Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email).
- Manage and optimize multi-million dollar annual advertising budgets across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates across landing pages and funnels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad copy and visual assets.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Mentor junior marketing associates and oversee external vendor performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in MarTech, AI, and digital privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, and enterprise-level CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and data visualization (Tableau/Looker).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical marketing foundations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver positive ROAS consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
