Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing
- Lead performance marketing campaigns with $500K+ annual budgets, optimizing for CAC and LTV
- Analyze complex datasets using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Manage cross-functional projects with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives
- Mentor junior marketers and conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email sequences, and ad creatives
- Report on KPIs and present insights to C-suite stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 2+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise in scaling B2B/SaaS acquisition through paid channels
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot), Google Ads, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot preferred
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results and ROI metrics
