Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies.
- Manage large-scale paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on ROAS.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize landing page performance and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets and long-form content.
- Monitor KPIs and deliver detailed performance reports to C-suite stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of excellence and experimentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
- Proven track record of managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding $50,000.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, SEM, and funnel optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with SaaS or B2B lead generation is highly preferred.
