Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee technical SEO audits, keyword strategy, and paid search campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximize ROI.
- Content Strategy: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience across blogs, whitepapers, and social media.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Creativity: Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for design trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) is a plus.
