Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage large-scale performance budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks across landing pages and ad creative to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional design and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts in privacy, tracking, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Deep mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM integration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Exceptional project management abilities and experience leading small-to-medium teams.
- Proven track record of scaling monthly ad spends exceeding $50k while maintaining efficiency targets.
