Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Lead performance-driven campaigns with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Analyze complex datasets using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches
- Mentor junior marketers and agency partners to maintain brand consistency
- Report on KPIs and ROI to C-suite executives using data visualization tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in digital marketing with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise scaling B2B/B2C brands through omnichannel campaigns
- Advanced certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and HubSpot
- Proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualization
- Demonstrated success managing six-figure digital advertising budgets
- Experience with SaaS or tech industry marketing preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
