Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Manage PPC budgets and negotiate with ad platforms to maximize ROI
- Oversee content creation pipeline aligned with buyer personas and SEO best practices
- Drive customer acquisition through innovative growth hacking tactics
- Lead a team of 3-5 marketing specialists and contractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven ROI results
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certifications in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint preferred
- Demonstrated success scaling B2B SaaS customer acquisition
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex campaigns
