- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, and social channels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and ROI
- Manage PPC budgets exceeding $500K and negotiate vendor partnerships
- Present performance insights to C-suite stakeholders and executive clients
- Mentor junior marketing specialists and drive team innovation
- Stay ahead of digital trends and implement cutting-edge marketing technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo) and analytics platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Google Analytics/AdWords certification and/or HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results and ROI growth
