Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
- Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools to optimize ROI and KPIs
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages, ad creatives, and email sequences
- Manage $500K+ annual digital advertising budget with disciplined allocation and forecasting
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee content creation pipeline ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
- Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling B2B/SaaS brands through integrated digital campaigns
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo/HubSpot)
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot Marketing preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional project execution
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, CRM systems (Salesforce), and SEO/SEM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required
