Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition costs
- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets across paid search, social, and display networks
- Collaborate with UX designers to create landing pages and conversion funnels
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior marketers and conduct quarterly training sessions on emerging trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and HubSpot/Marketo
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of CRO principles and marketing attribution models
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Portfolio demonstrating successful ROI-driven campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot preferred
