Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with client KPIs.
- Manage large-scale paid media budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on ROAS.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets and landing page experiences.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful campaigns.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks across email marketing, PPC, and conversion funnels.
- Mentor junior marketing associates and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Present monthly performance reports and strategic roadmaps to C-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth strategy.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and UX best practices.
- Proven ability to manage monthly ad spends exceeding $50k+ with measurable positive impact.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in an agile agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
