Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from ideation and creative briefing to execution and performance analysis.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Optimize landing pages and sales funnels to maximize conversion rates and reduce CAC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales, to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k, ensuring optimal spend allocation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital strategy roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets with a focus on ROAS.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced skills in Excel, Looker, or Tableau.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage agency-client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
