Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k+ with a primary focus on CAC optimization and ROAS.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design high-converting landing pages and ad assets.
- Analyze weekly performance metrics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Implement advanced A/B testing protocols to refine funnel performance.
- Oversee marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads throughout the lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio.
- Experience managing 6-figure monthly budgets with a proven track record of scaling ROI.
- Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications (Google Ads Search/Display, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) preferred.
