Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across Paid Search, Social, and Display.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize ROAS.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and ad creative to boost conversion rates.
- Manage monthly media budgets exceeding $100k, ensuring fiscal responsibility and impact.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing visual and copy assets.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of data-backed experimentation.
- Report directly to the VP of Growth regarding high-level KPIs and campaign scaling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling six-figure monthly advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing strategy meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
