Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize conversion funnels and lower CAC.
- Manage large-scale monthly advertising budgets with a focus on ROAS and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and landing page experiences.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts in privacy, tracking, and AI-driven advertising automation.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of data-backed innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a high-growth agency or B2B tech environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep analytical skills with mastery of Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Proven track record of managing annual advertising budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user journey mapping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategy to C-suite executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
