Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across Paid Search, Social, and Display.
- Manage large-scale performance budgets, optimizing for high ROAS and efficient customer acquisition.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve landing page conversion rates and user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and compelling ad copy.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders and improve funnel velocity.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of data-backed experimentation.
- Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives to ensure long-term organic growth and keyword dominance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within a fast-paced agency or tech startup.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong command of analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Looker, or Tableau.
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $50k/month with measurable success.
- Deep understanding of the full marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel retention.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask in an agile environment.
