Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, content, email, and social channels
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints
- Manage $1M+ annual digital marketing budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Collaborate with product teams to align digital campaigns with product launches
- Mentor and develop a team of 4-6 digital marketing specialists
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in management roles
- Proven expertise in scaling B2B digital marketing campaigns in SaaS or tech industries
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools (Marketo/HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agency partnerships
- Certified in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Marketing Automation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
