Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization efforts to improve organic ranking and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) for maximum ROI.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content across blogs, social media, and email newsletters that resonates with our target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot; provide detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, from conceptualization to launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Team Management: Mentor junior marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and product.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior specialist role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM systems.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-backed decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand voice and tone.
- Tools: Mastery of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
