- Lead data-driven campaign optimization using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budgets with rigorous ROI analysis and reporting
- Oversee content creation and distribution across owned, earned, and paid media
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through personalized marketing funnels
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for conversion rate optimization
- Mentor a team of 5+ digital specialists and coordinate with cross-functional departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling brands through SEO/SEM (demonstrable case studies required)
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
