Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, aligning campaigns with broader business objectives and market trends.
- SEO & Content: Oversee SEO initiatives, technical audits, and content calendars to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and ROI, providing actionable insights through comprehensive monthly performance reports.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the corporate website.
- Campaign Management: Execute and optimize paid media campaigns (PPC, Social Ads) to generate high-quality leads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior marketers and collaborate with external agencies to deliver high-impact results.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot), and Google Analytics 4.
