Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage substantial performance marketing budgets with a focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to improve landing page conversion rates and user journeys.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and quarterly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets and copy.
- Identify and pilot emerging digital trends and growth channels to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Oversee marketing automation workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-performance digital marketing roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Proven track record of managing monthly budgets exceeding $50,000.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and their synergy with paid acquisition.
