Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and Social.
- Manage and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROAS and customer LTV.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to improve conversion rates across landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-impact, high-converting assets.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and performance reports for executive stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners and advertising platforms to ensure optimal performance.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of data-backed experimentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within SaaS or E-commerce sectors.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console, and advanced Ad Manager platforms.
- Proven track record of managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in SQL or Data Visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
