Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Social, and Display.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $200k with a strict focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets and landing pages.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks across email, web, and paid media channels.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, platform updates, and privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and attribution modeling preferred.
