Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Display.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets exceeding $100k, optimizing for ROAS and CAC.
- Conduct deep-dive performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and pivot underperforming assets.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-converting ad copy and landing page experiences.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for website conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey mapping.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and provide insights on industry trends and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong background in marketing analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Hotjar.
- Proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns and deliver measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven strategies to stakeholders.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B tech marketing is highly preferred.
