- Manage digital advertising budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with $500K+ annual spend
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create compelling digital experiences that drive engagement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling digital revenue through multi-channel campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms
- Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and algorithm updates
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Experience managing digital budgets exceeding $300K annually
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex strategies to C-suite
