- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, content, and social channels
- Lead performance marketing campaigns with $500K+ annual budgets, optimizing CAC and LTV
- Analyze multi-platform data to drive actionable insights and quarterly roadmap adjustments
- Manage marketing automation workflows (Marketo/HubSpot) for lead nurturing and scoring
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with buyer personas
- Mentor junior marketers while maintaining campaign compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- 7+ years digital marketing experience with 3+ years in B2B tech/SaaS
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs)
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Marketing Automation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 20%+ YoY growth in qualified leads
