Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic display.
- Manage a substantial monthly media budget, optimizing for CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from ideation and creative brief development to launch and post-mortem analysis.
- Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to ensure brand consistency and high-converting landing page experiences.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to provide actionable insights and monthly performance reporting to senior leadership.
- Spearhead marketing automation initiatives to nurture leads and shorten the sales cycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS or Fintech sector.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills; ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience copywriting for digital ads is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
