Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and Social.
- Manage monthly performance budgets and optimize spend to maximize ROAS and CPA.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional design and content teams to produce high-converting assets.
- Lead A/B testing efforts for landing pages, ad copy, and email marketing workflows.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on key KPIs and campaign health.
- Stay at the forefront of industry changes, particularly regarding AI-driven marketing and privacy updates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing or growth roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Advanced analytical skills with mastery of Google Analytics 4 and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and technical marketing stacks.
- Proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets with positive ROI.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
