Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, and Social.
- Oversee a significant monthly performance budget, ensuring optimal allocation across high-intent channels.
- Analyze complex datasets using GA4 and Tableau to provide actionable insights and monthly growth projections.
- Lead the optimization of the conversion funnel through rigorous A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
- Collaborate with the creative department to produce high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and platform partners like Google and Meta.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI-driven marketing and privacy-first tracking solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a quantitative field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital strategy roles.
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Track record of successfully managing budgets exceeding $1M annually.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to C-suite stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint) are highly preferred.
