Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and Email.
- Manage substantial monthly ad budgets, ensuring optimal ROAS and CAC targets are met.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages and funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to align marketing messaging.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and monthly forecasting reports to leadership.
- Oversee marketing automation workflows and CRM integration to nurture leads effectively.
- Mentor junior team members and manage relationships with external agency partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL.
- Proven track record of scaling B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear marketing narratives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
