Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email).
- Analyze complex data sets to optimize campaign performance and maximize conversion rates.
- Manage significant monthly advertising budgets with a focus on ROAS and CAC reduction.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks across landing pages and ad creative to improve funnel performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide detailed reporting and actionable insights to executive leadership on a weekly basis.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a high-growth agency or SaaS environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong command of analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Hotjar.
- Proven track record of managing annual marketing budgets exceeding $1M.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic narratives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
