Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic display.
- Manage large-scale performance budgets with a sharp focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV optimization.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable business intelligence and campaign performance reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and product engineering teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay at the forefront of MarTech trends, algorithm updates, and emerging media channels.
- Mentor junior marketing associates to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4.
- Proven track record of managing monthly media spends exceeding $50k with demonstrated scalability.
- Strong analytical mindset with mastery of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- A data-first approach to decision-making with a creative flair for high-converting copy.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
