Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business KPIs
- Lead SEO/SEM campaigns to achieve top 3 rankings and 30% YoY organic growth
- Oversee paid social media initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok with $15K+ monthly budgets
- Design and optimize automated email marketing funnels for 25%+ conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics
- Manage digital partnerships and influencer collaborations with 10+ brands annually
- Mentor junior marketing specialists and conduct monthly training workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years progressive digital marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page) and SEM (Google Ads, Bing)
- Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint
- Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and ROI optimization
- Exceptional written communication and presentation abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful digital campaigns with measurable results
