- Manage $500K+ digital advertising budgets with ROI-focused performance tracking
- Analyze complex data using Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting content and ad creatives
- Present quarterly performance insights to C-suite stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scaling organic traffic through advanced SEO technical implementation
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partnerships
